Five questions regarding to grow healthy hair and stay diet.?
1)Because im trying to build abs and other kind of work outs. SO im on a diet. What kind of would should i eat to grow healthy hair and maintain diet.
2)What kind of daily routine should i do for my hair ?
3)What vitamin is best for hair ? Is it vitamin B ?
4)Does washing your hair everyday damage your hair which will leads to split ends ? Cuz i wanna grown my hair long fast, my hair dresser said washing it every day will make it grow faster. But people said washing it everyday isnt good.
5)Is it true, people said exercising like working out also help grow better hair ?
Oh and by vitamin, i dont mean pills.
I meant vitamins from food.

first of all, dont shampoo your hair everyday.
it takes the natural oils out.
shampoo your hair once or twice a week.
conditon your hair everday though.
leave it on for at least an hour or so.
or you can leave it on overnight and sleep with it (wrapped in a towel)
and wash it in the morning.
makes your hair soo soft and helps with breakage, dry and damaged, frizzy hair.
do not use pantene or herbal (they have chemicals and waxes that isnt good for our hair)
use dove therapy or tressume! dove therapy has serum in there.
eat lots of healthy food.
red meat helps with hair growth
bananas, vitamins (vit c and b) helps with hair growth.
massage your scalp while washing your hair (helps with hair growth and increase blood cirulation)
do not brush your hair while wet, causes breakage and frizziness.
let it air dry. comb your hair with your fingers.
let it down and straight.
just keep conditioning your hair all the time to prevent damages and breakage.
just keep eating healthy
and conditon all the time :)
hair grows 1/2-1 inch per month.
