FITNESS Fat Blasting Workout Day 2 – Advanced
www.examiner.com This is my workout routine! Here is Day 2 as I follow a 2 day split. What this means is I do half of my body one day and the other half another day. I strength train 3-4x a week which is why I do this. This is not for beginners! @alexandriajaye I do! I did yesterday! I showed a few in my video for Elle, I think… If I didn’t, I love doing kettle bell swings, which are squats with the kettle bell swining between your legs and as you press up through your heels, the kettle bell swings up!

can you please advise if one should wait till the abs are flattened as much as possible with cardio and then start the strength work out? or is it more recommmended to do them simultaneously? Thanks. your videos are great.

Hey Sarah great work out, you look SO good! :) Quick question, I noticed you wearing the Reebok easy tones while working out. I am considering investing in a pair (saw your review vid on them too). Is it ok to strenght train in them? I assume it’s not a good idea to run in them though.

Yes Sara can you give some shoe advice? What would you reccomend for a high arch with a slight pronation. I just bought a pair of asics! I hope they are good for my feet

Great video Sarah. I do mostly heavy lifting and strength training but even so, doing your fitness routines always give me a great workout burn. Keep em coming!

There is something very big coming to humanity and you better take exercise seriously (even if people say youre overkilling it) because these people only like you if you compromise… If you dont believe a 5th dimensional spiritual shift is coming, learn as much as you can about these people and only tell people online or you will literally become the next nailed to the cross/burned witch…
