Make sure your water does not have fluoride in – fluoride is just waste. Sainsburry’s do caladion – i think its called and that does not have fluoride in :)

Some fluoride in water can massively help children develop strong healthy teeth. If you take out fluoride because it doesn’t have any nutritional value, then you have lost the benefits of fluoride. :/

@Gnoll98 – Calcium flouride is ok for teeth. But in no way is it better, you can get more calcium from bread then milk and calcium fluoride is not that great. Sodium fluoride is rat posien and deadly for young children in fact, I would rather give my kid a gun then sodium fluoride in tooth paste, after learning how dangerous it is and how it was used in nazi and soviate war camps.

@TheaDragonSpirit Hahah, yeah NaF is entirely different :P I was thinking of CaF2, you are correct, and yes you can get more calcium, but calcium will not fight cavities as well as fluoride; however, it will prevent them well. But I wouldn’t call it just a waste, waste implies 0 benefit… that’s all I was getting at…
