  3. Bro what u say is right. but i not agree to the shaker and the blender. 15-20 min including cleaning. What fucking bul shit is that ?? The blender is king if u ask me.. I throw in some ice,milk or water. An dthe a scop of p. And i am done. Mixing and cleaning takes me max 4-5 min.
