Fat Burning Medicine Ball Workout


www.TrainingLikeanAthlete.com -- Another fat burning, lean muscle building, get you 10x's stronger, total body workout! Do 20 reps of each exercise. Repeat each exercise back to back without rest. After completing all 5 exercises, rest 1 minute. Repeat whole circuit 2 more times.
