  18. @lionsroar you are correct as many of our videos show body weight exercises but we figure we are a well rounded channel and want to show our viewers how use these if they see them in their gyms. You most definitely do not need anything to get a toned body!

    I feel I should ad some support. As a licensed PT, I was initially skeptical when I first saw this piece of equipment in Fitness Network magazine, because there’s always new things coming out that are, to be honest, often superflous junk.
    However, seeing the TRX being used, I can tell it would work extremely well. These sort of exercises are particularly important because they work the smaller stabilising muscles that are often neglected, helping to make other exercises safer. :-)
