Fasting for weight loss?
So I am planning to fast for a week and lemon juice with honey and water (no solid foods). However, I've heard many times that as soon as one gets off a fast, they will regain the weight back and more. I don't completely agree with this though. Yes, you will regain the weight if you go back to your regular eating habits, but what if you restrict your calorie intake, modify your diet and incorporate a lot of vitamin dense, low calorie foods such as lean meats and vegetables? Is the weight loss sustainable in that case? Any thoughts on this? Also, if anyone has done a fast, please tell me how it went.

yeah, if you restrict your caloric intake as soon you’re done with fasting, you will be great. no weight gain. it’s alright to still eat your favorite foods, as long as you don’t over do it. i have been around my aunt who fasted and she kept the weight off because her favorite foods have become veggie burgers and stuff like that. don’t listen to the people that say it will only backfire on you.

Burning up calories became much easier for me when I began visiting acai berry. I appreciate they say that pills do not work, but they certainly worked for me, and they have been showcased on CBS News too. There is a free trial happening currently at http://tigefs.newkeepfit4you.info , try it out, how worse could it make things?

You’re right, only people who go back to there normal diet gain the weight, Im currently on a fast myself, been about 3 days now, i fast for 2 weeks out of a month, and when i come off it i only eat around 300-500 calories a day for the first week and 500-700 for the second while working out the whole time, I’ve gone from 311 lbs to 188 lbs this year doing it. For anyone who says thats impossible, there was study’s on a 410lb man , they gave him nothing but vitamins and water and he went without a single piece of food for 1 year and 2 weeks dropping to 130 lbs.. Good luck with your fast, drink alot of water , if this is your first attempt at a fats, just remember it takes about
