faster hair growth?
Is there any possible way to make your hair grow faster. I know that eating certain foods helps and getting enough sleep, stress less, take vitamins, have a good diet. I do all these things...but i see no difference in my hair. I need help. Or is it best to ask my stylist for help?
thanksmuch♥

Well,
1. Are you taking vitamins made directly for hair? I take GNC’s Hair Skin and Nail vitamins! Also, prenatals work well too!
2. Scalp massages- Everyday give your scalp a massage, as it helps stimulate blood flow, producing growth! (Google it may help how to do it.)
3. Stay warm! Cold weather stunts hair growth, warm promotes it!
4. Jello- it’s good for your hair and nails.
5. Also, make sure your getting enough vitamin D, vitamin E, and protein!
Keep following your steps though! Remember, your hair’s not gonna grow 40ft over night, you can’t change your DNA. But you can still help promote faster hair growth following everything I listed, along with your regime!
P.S. Cutting split ends doesn’t help it grow, but it keeps it healthy by keeping it from splitting, which makes it shorter by breaking off.

No, sorry, there isn’t but make sure you eat lots of protein beacause without that, there wouldn’t be hair!

Definatly ask your stylist. but you can take horsetail vitamins (found in health stores) and take prenatal vitamins. The prenatal vitamins help a lot. Once I took them, my hair grew about 9 inches in the past year, as opposed to the average of 6.
remember you don’t need to be pregnant to take prenatal vitamins. all they are are just extra vitamins pregnant women usually need more of. and not only are they good for hair growth, they do wonders on your skin and nails too.
good luck!

Hey there!
I love this question, because i am trying to grow out my hair also!
What i do, is get a haircut every 2 months exactly, but only get 1/2 inch trimmed off!. This is because hair grows 1/2 inch or more on average in 1 month. In 2 months, your hair will be about 1 inch or more. If your hair is 1 inch in 2 months, and then you get it trimmed 1/2 inch, you will still have 1/2 inch or more left of hairgrowth after the trim!
This is working so well for me, and i think its the best growing stradegy =)
Thanks so mcuh & good luck to you!
p.s: Be sure to take good care of your hair, and deep condition it weekly to kee pit strong and healthy! Avoid using heat if possible, as it can break ends making it shorter =)

Nope, Just keep your hair healthy and go in for trims every 4-6 weeks, don’t use any Chemicals and don’t straighten your hair, and let your hair airdry. ….The trim and the head massage are myths, They don’t work.
