eyebrow groth! help please?

i've heard they said use canola oil, vaseline, or vitamin E. which works best and fastest?? i'm going to walmart today and i dont want to get all three. about how long will it take?
i saw a picture of me when i got my passport where it looks like i have a much mighter skin line above my eyebrows .
and if vitamin E capsule, do i break it to get the juice?
and where should i put it if i should fix my eyebrows??
please answer as much as you can

FYI: the picture doesn’t work.
Although, for eyebrow growth biotin works the best. You can get it in multivitamin or just take capsules of it. Go to the drugstore or by the pharmacy in wal-mart and you can find the pills there. I would recommend that over the oils since its not topical it’s in pill form and can treat the problem faster. I had a similar problem with my hair actually and biotin is great for hair and nails and helping them grow and look nice and it will work for your eyebrows as well.
