Good stretches. I can even do that second one at work and while I’m waiting for the train.
But what’s with the wall? Looks like it’s been sprayed with pellets. :-/

Thanks for the tips. You said if its muscular, I have a problem where my hip pops a lot after exercise. I’m only 25, I wonder if more stretching before hand would help with that?

Ok, I Have pain right bellow my stomach on the left side. I cant really bend to my left, Like bending down to tie my shoe . When laying on my back an trying to lift my left leg up it hurts in my front hip erea. Can you help me?? thank you
