  1. Nice reading, oh “master,” like recipes out of a cookbook. Do you really know what you’re doing? What does it actually mean to “open your heart”? All this bakwas you push on your students to portray yourself as so spiritual. “Peace channel,” oh yes, as if you have any understanding. Yoga is about physical well being and relaxing, plain and simple. You lost and vacant goras dress it up and make yourself so “deep,” it’s nauseating. Our gurus use that lingo to suck you to India for your money

    I work as a couriers so I do a couple of hundred of lifts everyday. (not kidding, anybody in the business can confirm this), which, no matter much effort you put into lifting correctly will take its toll. This helped me get at an area thats been a bit tricky to do something about, so again. thank you.

  5. Mind and body must work in harmony. So if your angry and try to release tension in your body, just doing the physical exercises are merely conterproductive. The negative comments show a lack of understanding. Fraudsters exist, for sur,e but you can learn to do this yourself if you choose. Its an individual choice.
