  1. include vitamin A aswell….E is good for ur skin and hair!!….its mostly if u hav some hormonal imbalance and stress that u r prone to pimples…
eat healthy and stay fit…thats enough to keep u away from every possible illness!!

  2. Yes it is very true, the antioxidants will clean your skin, well liver and that into leaves your pores clean.
But it’s best from the fruit.
Taking vitamin C tablets just isn’t the same.

  3. Here ya go:

When treating acne, it may help to take vitamin C supplements. Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is unfortunately not produced within our own bodies – we must obtain it from other sources. It can be derived from fruits and vegetables including melons, bananas, strawberries, tropical fruits, citrus fruits, citrus juices, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, mustard greens, red peppers, and potatoes. If you’re not too fond of the fruits, juices, and vegetables that provide Vitamin C, then you will need a supplement to insure your body receives it.

    Additional causes of Acne

Sebum is a natural skin moisturizer produced by the body’s sebaceous glands. If cells within the follicles beneath the skin fail to spread properly, they will cluster and block the sebum and your skin pores. The mixture of blocked sebum, cells, bacteria, and outside toxins collect until the follicles eventually burst and produce skin rashes, or acne. Acne is commonly seen on the face, but an influx of this blockage, stress, nutritional deficiencies, and hormones can also produce inflammations on the back, chest, and genitalia area.

    There are various types
    of supplements to choose from

If supplements do become the answer to help with acne, you have several options to choose from. You can select vitamins that are formulated with vitamin C alone or in combination with other necessary nutrients for healthy skin and bodily functions such as calcium, zinc, and potassium. There are also supplements created with only vegetarian derivatives or some that contain bioflavonoids (derived from the white part beneath citrus peels) which aid in counteracting damage within the body. The forms and shapes vary widely including tablets, wafers, capsules, powders, liquids, lollipops, and as L-ascorbic acid, topical creams, scrubs, or peels. The availability of specific types may vary according to source or location, but can be purchased at health food stores, pharmacies, vitamin departments, and online suppliers. Comparison shop for types/brands, prices, and bulk amounts.

Elimination of free radicals is key

As an antioxidant, vitamin C fights the effects of free radicals, environmental toxins that can wear us down and wreak havoc on our skin. It works to remove the irritations and inflammations caused by the acne, and allow for the regrowth of healthier skin. Sometimes there is a correlation between the condition and appearance of our skin and the state of how our body is doing internally. The supplements therefore not only can help treat the acne, but also help repair deficiencies inside. As the C vitamin repairs the skin’s collagen and aids in improving your complexion, your immune system is boosted, creating a better balance between external and internal well being.

    Remain within the recommended dosage

Vitamin C is water soluble, which means that the body will release extra unused amounts daily through urine, but greatly exceeding the recommended amount can cause stomach or kidney discomfort, a laxative effect, difficulty in processing the B12 vitamin, and because it is an acid, wearing tooth enamel thin. Excessive uses of the topical variety can create an irritation in addition to the already aggravated skin, so try to stick to the label’s recommendations for proper treatment.

Find a supplement that best fits your taste or application preferences (oral or topical), as well as your finances, and start adding Vitamin C supplements and glyconutrients to help treat your acne today.

  4. Vitamin C

    * Improve the appearance of sun-damaged skin.UV rays of the sun to prevent the sun from darkening
    * whiter, lighter

  5. I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.
