  9. maybe you can help me?im a girl and im about 5’3 and i weighed 113 lbs last time i got weighed. i dont even know if thats healthy for my weight but w/e. i have two fitness classes that i signed up for during the day so i get a nice workout. i focus on my core more than anything because running Track tones everything else. i was wondering if there were workouts you’d suggest for me, ive been doing 6inches with a 20lb bag on my stomache ( 4min is my best time) and one other workout but i need more

  13. Great info, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it’s POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don’t even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. All those methods I discovered at w w w weightlossdatabase.info <- this membership site is simply amazing and has some unique ways.
