  8. you really should check ingredients before buying ANYTHING!
    especially foods labeled with ‘diet, no sugar or fat free’
    they will contain so much processed ingredients.. that may help you lose weight at the moment, but later, will force you to be dependent on pills because of the damage those processed foods have done to your system!!

  21. @RMCKIE Why is that? A calorie from fat is just as saturating as a calorie from carbohydrates or protein. Fat doesn’t make you fat, excessive calories makes you fat.

  24. @RMCKIE – depends on what type of fat.good fats like coconut oil,olive oil,butter,animal fats etc are all ok and provide much energy and are precursor to fat soluable vitamin absorbtion and hormone regulation.
    fat calories WILL NOT make you fatter when not eaten with carbohydrates.
    low fat diets are a bad idea and tend to be high in carbohydrate and even increaseing protein can cause hormone disregulatio from too much insulin secretion.dietary fat doesn’t cause heart disease,too many carbs do.
