Dramatic Weight loss question?
Well I am 6 ft and 15, and I weight 290 lbs... I look pretty big to be honest but my goal weight is 160. Do you think that if i lose this much, seeing that I am extremely big boned, I will look too skinny? Also this is what I plan to do..
-No sugar
-2 hrs of hardcore weight loss bicycle
-No coffee/ unhealthy foods
-lots of vitamins
I plan to do 1 hour when i wake up at 4 am before school, eat 2 eggs, vitamins, and of course shower.
Then I will go and when I come home do an hour with a great dinner that is healthy. I plan to do this until I am 160 and then, slowly add carbs back while working out (because i suspect skin will be hanging from me like crazy). Also any sugestions on drinks and such? I need to lose this quick, and also in the summer I plan to do like 4 hours a day, because before 10th grade I want to be skinny/ ready to work out for my protective services class.
Also I have horrible migraines that are ONLY visual so.. I hope that cleansing my body will give me back most of the taken away vision.. (it is recurring, sometimes the vision is gone for a month, little parts of course)
I am 6 feet and 290 pounds, got a mustache I am sure that I will not have any stunted growth.. haha but still, I REALLY can do this because when I am set, I got it... nothing like food is going to make my life crap.

Losing weight to get to 160 for someone who is 6 feet tall is pretty skinny. I’m 5 ft 7 in and weight like 155. Anyway, fresh fruits and vegetables are really the best way to lose weight because they have so much nutrition in them and that is the fuel your body need, nutrition.
Drink nothing but water, you don’t need all the sports drink and stuff. And stay away from sodas. If you stick with your weight training and go to the gym regularly and eat a good diet, it should work for you. I don’t know if I’d want to get to 160 though.
Here’s a review of a couple of diet plans that may help you out if you are interested:

start out small… you can’t quit cold turkey. This plan will never work. Just try to cut back on the junk food and add more excersize to your daily routine.

Find out your BMI and don’t focus soley on the scale. Join a health and fitness website and track your progrees and your nutrition. You will also be able to ask health related questions and have them answered by people who have experiencewith extreme weight loss. No sugar is a great goal, but no carbs at your age could be harmful if done for too long. Make sure you are eating alot of fruits and veggies and don’t just take tons of vitamins to lose weight. Some vitamins are fat soluble and could cause overdose.
Seriously, if you want to do this, join a site that will support you and educate you.
