I agree with the mind needing to be in the right place. But he’s got cookies, meat and wheat in his program. And he believes in weening. I say the way
to stop overeating the bad stuff is to stop EATING the bad stuff. “you can’t eat just one chip; so don’t eat any….don’t buy them, don’t even go down that isle at the store.
forget man-made food exists.

He says “people won’t stick to a program if they can’t eat the food they want” I say “CHANGE the food you want.” replace junk with natures food: 50% fruit, 30% veggies, 20% nuts, beans quinoa, millet and rice.

i agree people need to eat a little sweet in there plan or they will give up.
i eat one scoop of ice cream every two week and it totally rocks and i have lost 20 pounds in 17 days.

stop saying “mad cool” it sounds so lame….Dr. Smith’s diet works great. I’ve lost 18 pounds pretty quickly. Being able to snack on good stuff really works…
