   Use them in combination. Maderma can work if used liberally (which can get expensive). Vitamin E is great as well.

   I usually get an A&D ointment, & squeeze out a handful of vit. E capsules in it. then I mix in 3-4 finely powdered vit. C tablets in it. beat it up well with a hand blender & a an ounce of rosewater. Keeps well, & works like a charm. Doesn’t burn a hole in the pocket either.
