Does the weight stay off with Orovo Detox?
Has anyone tried Orovo Detox for a long period of time? What are the side effects, should I take it with a mult-vitamin, and when you stop taking the pill do you regain the weight? I'm really interested in getting a jump start on my weight loss. I go to the gym etc but I am really depressed about my new post pregnancy body and need a little help.

I am a Senior Director in Orovo so my opinion is somewhat biased, but the information you need is below
Recommended use for Orovo Detox is 7 days on, and 7 days off for one month (which is one bottles worth). Depending on your diet, and a few other factors, will determine how often you should detox. I personally recommend taking the Orovo Detox every 3-4 months.
Side effects again depend on how well you’ve taken care of your digestive track. More health conscience people haven’t had any side effects, others felt slight cramping or nausea, and others had more frequent bowl movements. I have yet to hear a horror story about someone hugging the toilet all day when taking the Orovo Detox.
While you are taking the detox it is recommended that you do not take any other supplimentation while doing your 7 day cycle.
As for regaining weight…
Orovo is a company that sells health and wellness products, and Orovo Detox is one of leading supplement they’ve sold so far. It is not a crash diet pill as some sites have suggested. It’s not loaded with caffeine nor are there any harsh, unhealthy stimulants such as Ephedrine. It’s a health food supplement containing a 10 Super Foods, an Antioxidant blend, and 31 all natural detoxifying ingredients. Join that with a healthy life style (such as you mentioned – working out) and it can help increase your weight loss. Many people have taken it and have seen different results (some with significant weight loss, and some shed a few pounds). Remember, there is no such thing as a miracle pill. If you continue eating right and do an aerobic excercise throughout the week you should be fine.
One last thing, and I only say this as a mom myself. I don’t know how long is has been since you’ve given birth, but if you are nursing I suggest that you don’t use the detox until you’ve weaned completely.
One of the ingredients in the Detox is cayenne pepper and it can go through your milk so please, please be careful.
Here is a list of other ingredients and causes for concern. If you don’t find yourself in any of these catagories I say have at it, and let me know how you feel. We’re always looking for feedback and testimonials. This information is also available at http://orovo.com/livingrichly/detox.php
- If you are taking blood thinners, a hemophiliac, or are suffering from liver disease you will need to watch the amount of Flaxseed you consume along with the supplement.
- If your allergic to Soy in any form you will need to watch for reactions.
- Also Alfalfa can adversely affect someone with Lupus, but I personally have a close friend taking Orovo that isn’t having any reactions, but has found relief in her joints from it.
- And lastly, if you are sensitive to Caffeine (which is found in their natural Green Tea) I would suggest watch how much caffeine you consume in other products. Otherwise you may feel jittery or as some have said ‘feel high’.
I look forward to hearing your feedback, and enjoy your little one… they really do grow up too fast.
To a Healthier You,
Authentically Angela
p.s. The most cost effective way to purchase Orovo Detox is through their website, on autoship. You can move your autoship date to the month you’d like to start the next detox, and aren’t forced to receive bottles every month. If you need more information on doing this you are more than welcome to email me at angela@liverichopportunity.com.

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com
Good luck and stay focused = )
