Does the B Complex Vitamin include all of the B vitamins?

I need to know if this vitamin include all of the B vitamins. If not, which ones don't they include? I wouldn't want to take to much you know! Thanks!

  1. It should, but not all of the vitamins on the market are equal… some may be from lower quality companies that don’t have them all and some might be complexes the purposely leave some out.
In a complete B Complex, you’ll have all 11 B Vitamins: Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Pyridoxine (B6), Cyanocobalamin or Methylcobalamin (B12), Folic Acid, Biotin, Choline, Inositol, and PABA (Para-AminoBenzoic Acid).
    I hope I helped!

  2. Greetings from Dr. Bill a holistic health care professional in Oregon. Depends on which brand you are looking at. The only true form and whole B vitamin complex from whole foods is from Standard Process labs in Palmyra Wisconsin. These are not available from retail sources. Their product Cataplex B contains all of the water soluble B vitamin complex from organic whole food sources. The product Cataplex G are the fat soluble portion of the B complex. No other products I have found are superior, some are good, and some are better than others of course but do your research. B vitamins are essential for heart and muscle health and nerve conductivity. Water soluble B’s primarily work on body muscle structure and the fat soluble portion is primarily for brain nerve conductivity. Hope this helps.
