Does it matter when you take your vitamin?


Is there a time of day that is best for taking a vitamin? I take a multivitamin as well as an iron supplement. I want to ensure maximum absorption.

  1. for maximum absorption take half the vitamin in the morning with your breakfast, and the second half with your lunch. Your body can only absorb so much at a time.

  2. yeah in the morning is the best time to take vitamins to make you ready for the day ahead of you
