does hair formula 37 work? Is it true that vitamins will not help your hair grow faster?
I would like medical advice from anyone who is a doctor or other health care specialist. I just want to know if hair vitamins are medically proven to work.

Eating a healthy diet will make your hait grow faster simply because you are healthy. As for formula 37, remember: if it’s too good to be true, then it probably is.

I’m not a doctor and I don’t know about formula 37, but I’ve used Biotin ( a vitamin for healthy hair and nails), and it defintely made my hair grow faster than normal. It might just be because it makes your hair stronger and healthier,and therefore less likely to break or split. But I did definitely notice a difference.
