Does drinking vitamin water daily make me healthier?
I drink two bottles of defense vitamin water daily, does it actually keep me healthier or is it just an advertising ploy?

It will only ‘defend’ against dehydration, like normal water.
In general, vitamin supplements are only beneficial if you have a deficiency. If you are otherwise healthy and generally maintain a decent diet, you don’t need extra vitamins. You can’t get healthier than healthy.
Save your money.

no. It has been linked to giving you Kidney Stones if you consider that healthier

to be legit healthy you need to excercise daily and eat the right foods in moderation. vitamin water does have vitamins but it cant be used alone.

No doubt vitamins are good and if they are from natural source they are really good. My husband and I were watching TV the other day and we saw a commercial for "vitamin water." When it was over, my husband pursed his lips and said…
"Ya. We used to call that ‘JUICE.’"
