Does anyone know if Pre-Natal Vitamins can change the length of your cycle?
I went from 36-42 day cycles to a perfect 28 day cycle after taking pre-natal vitamins for a month. All other research I have done says no. Does anyone know why this might be? I have been off birth control for a year now, so its all out of my system and doesnt have anything to do with it. Any ideas?

it might just be how your body is reacting to the pills… i took them for about 2 years and it never affected me..
