  1. @slinkydance “Humans are the only mammals on earth that voluntarily drink milk in adulthood” AND WE ARE THE ONLY MAMMALS THAT COLONIZED WORLDWIDE WHILE DRINKING MILK,EATING RAW MEAT AND VEGETABLES.

  2. Milk depletes the bones of calcium so don’t fall for the myth that it helps build strong bones. The sugars in milk were not meant to be digested by humans and therefore turns acidic in the body. In order for the body to buffer the acidity it leeches calcium from the bones in order to do so. This is a scientific fact and is irrefutable.
The ads placed on TV are done by who? The milk industry, that’s who. Even adult cows don’t drink cow’s milk. Baby cows die when fed pasteurized milk.

  3. @OneSteveUnderGod this information needs to be made public

  4. @rkent06 twat

  5. He didn’t answer the question.

You don’t need excessive protein unless you’re a weight training athlete or large body builder. A normal balanced diet is all you need, and a FUCK load of exercise.

  6. whey protein is garbage!!! Full of additives, sucrose and aspartine! PWO get bulk l-luecine or BCAA’s mix with fruit in blender and viola!! All whey shakes are junk trust me!!

  7. @slinkydance so.. why do we lead in osteoporosis?

  8. @OneSteveUnderGod AMEN to THAT! Keep preachin the knowlegde my fellow ninja.

  9. @sniped101 There’s many types of causes of osteoporosis. Genetics, diet, exercise (or lack of), intestinal/ kidney/ thyroid/ parathyroid problems, alcohol, smoking, etc. I’m just saying milk does NOT help in preventing the condition, which is contrary to what they advertise. (See OneSteveUnderGod’s post few comments down). I’ve personally drank milk 2-3 times EVERY day thruout childhood up til I was 20. It’s been 12 yrs since I quit, and my body feels awesome. Just tryin to educate, my friend.

  10. I LOVE MILK! WHOS WITH ME!!

  11. I LOVE MILK! WHOS WITH ME!!

  12. fuck buddies

  13. “Whole natural food…” That’s better and way cheaper then the boxes of lab tested powders.

  14. Here’s the thing. Why don’t I just ditch the whole whey protein suppliment thing and just take amino acid suppliments in addition to what I eat?

Wouldn’t that just be effectively “cutting out the middle man”, since amino acids build and repair muscle, and protein is a building block for aminos?

  15. @berner
no dumbass, Aminos r building blocks for proteins
aminos help protein work better. If ur just gettin aminos nd no protein you can’t use those aminos to get bigger muscles
I Cnt believe wat I just read

  16. @slinkydance so you’re saying my digestive system matured when I was only 4 years old because that is when I started puking every time I ate/drank dairy foods. -_-

  17. @Mantharious penis milk?

  18. @n3rdbear Everyone’s biochemistry is different. Some people feel totally bloated and constipated over a half-slice of mozzarella. The others can take dairy all day every day – but at their own health expense. The Midwest is the dairy belt of the U.S., & they have the highest rate of obesity. I personally have drank barrels of milk from birth til I turned 20. And when I stopped, my stomach/digestive cramps stopped, and my athletic performance improved considerably. Knowledge is power. Cheers!

  19. shes fucking hot at the end!

  20. Protein shakes make me shoot huge loads

  21. @slinkydance lactose is a sugar, not a protein, you pre-med moron!

  22. @krakazyabra666 Ok. I humbly accept the correction on a small detail. But why the hatred?

  23. @slinkydance im 16 year old can i use muscle milk , is it health?

  24. dont listen, drink milk!

  25. @HES6477 How ya doin bro. STAY AWAY FROM MUSCLE MILK. It contains too much artificial ingredients that will damage your system & has neuro-toxins. It KILLS your brain cells by over-stimulation. U can get all the protein you need from your diet. The natural route is always best. Nutrition is extremely important, but the main key to build bigger muscle is to keep lifting HEAVIER and rest. Keep a journal to keep track. If u need extra protein, Optimum Nutrion Gold Standard ALL-NATURAL Whey.
