Do vitamin tablets work or are they a waste of money?

Hello,
When i was young i remember taking those chewy vitamins now and again but as ive got older ive stopped taking them.
Do you think vitamin tablets are a waste of money and don't work?
I do take evening primrose tablets and i have done for a while but i haven't really saw any improvement to my skin.

What do you think?

Thank you xx
Oh and im 16 :)

  1. Most of us these days do not eat a well balanced diet and so may be lacking in minerals and vitamins. If you follow any diet ie vegertarian or vegan then I think that makes the use of multivitamins more important as it is easy to miss out on some of the important minerals and vitamins if you do not eat a particular group of foods. So I feel that it is worthwhile taking a good quality multivitamin tablet that includes minerals and iron. But as a lot of vitamins are dangerous in large amounts all my family(including my teenage daughter) take a multivitamin every other day and this seems to benefit us. (I have actually found the ones from superdrug to be quite good my opinion that is all)

  2. One a Day Multivitamin+Iron works. It is not a waste of money.
