do u think this will let me lose weight?


6am-south beach living (high protein cereal bar) chocolate
u can normally find it at the store

12pm-little bit or grapes and canolope with salad or 0 fat 100%vitamin C gummy's
(u can find them at costco)

5pm-1 cup of special k cereal

do u think this will help me lose weight if so could u guess how much. also if u want to lose weight and decide to try this could u please EMAIL ME and tell me your results =)
im 5'0 and am in my teens =)

  1. Your metabolism will slow down and you will gain weight is you dont eat often. When I was in Highschool I did something like that and gained almost 20 lbs…when I started eating 3 meals plus snacks & started working out again I lost the weight but it took me awhile.

    Eat in moderation and try not to drink soda, lots of sugar & fried food….those are very bad for you!!!!

  2. Be careful to eat enough. If you starve yourself, your metabolism will slow down and you will gain weight. Quickly.

    The most important thing to remember is that to lose weight you must "spend" more calories than you take in.

  4. possibly.. because u dont eat a whole lot.. that will help u loose weigbht the unhealthy way!! maybe up it to between meals another serving of grapes, and anpther bar, maybe try k2o as well.. if u wanna loose weight the healthy way.

  5. ur body burns about 1,500 calories every day w/o the excersise…
    ur probably eating UNDER that many calories… your metabolism will slow down and you’ll get fat

  6. Uh first of all I have been training as a personal trainer/nutritionist and this is not the way to go at all!!! This will give you fast results, however by you not eating as many calories as your body is used to your body is going to think you are starving it and go into storage mode every time you do eat so in return you actually gain more weight. The thing to do is search on the internet for a daily calorie requirement calculator, and do that. If it says like 1800 daily calorie needs then cut it back to about 1200 a day and do some cardio such as running or brisk walking 4-5 times a day. Another thing to consider is to divide those calories into 5-6 meals a day and limit your carbs and completely cut them out in your last meal of the day. Carbs being coke products and candy bars. Trust me, just by reading this it sounds like it wouldn’t work, but it does. I have got back into shape so many times just by cutting back my calories everyday and by eating more meals and doing some cardio it speeds your metabolism up which helps burn more calories. But trust me, don’t do the diet you suggested earlier. It will just make you sick.

  7. As long as you eat a sensible dinner, drink plenty of water and exercise you’ll be able to lose weight successfully. Just keep in mind that you’re still growing and don’t go overboard by starving yourself.
