no. they will not. vitamin e topically helps diminish the appearance of deep scars but used on the face it can make acne worse. you need to exfoliate and see a dermatologist for either retin a (retin a micro if you have sensitive skin) or duac. i prefer duac cause it doesn’t make you sun sensitive and helps lighten acne scars while gently making your skin peel them off. where as retin a or other trentonoids drastically make you peel which can cause redness and dry itchy skin.

You’re much better off taking a vitamin A and using Vitamin E oil on your face.

Definitely don’t take a vitamin for women, men and woman have different needs. Some people think that zinc supplements can help clear acne. But you’re best bet and safest bet is seeing a dermatologist.
