false
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56
False i drink it all the time and it has done nothing to me
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56
it does have a lot of sugar in it…but it’s still better then soda!
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56
well, if you drink it enough and have a bad enough diet, than it can push you over the limit i supose. it really isn’t that healthy, it has like .5% of however many vitamins and it has like 5,000 caleries.

It doesn’t make you fat. It alone directly doesn’t at least.
Sugars, which I think it has some of? lead to obesity.
But the actually Vitamin Water alone, no, shouldn’t directly cause extra luggage.

compare it to soda or juice…..then you see that it isn’t really bad for you.

Thats a new concept,,,health drinks that make you unhealthy lol. I guess they will make you fat if you dont playsport or you live a sedentary lifestyle.

false, i think. but it does have lots of calories, so if you are working out, and using that to boost your energy, you just wasted a loy of time. Propel water only has 25 calories per bottle, and i love those! (kiwi strawberry is best) and no offense, but i can’t stand those vitamin waters! i dont like the taste
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56
There are a lot of calories per bottle… So if (for example) each bottle has 150 calories and you drink 3 a day, then you need to burn an additional 450 calories each day to remain at the weight your at! I’ll swallow vitamin tablets and drink water thankyouverymuch!

it has nearly as much sugar as soda does, but its better for you than soda because there is some good stuff in there too. Drink it in moderation and you’ll be just fine.
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56
I highly doubt it.
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56
The commercials have just been saying how it has ‘so many’ calories. It has 125, and you would need to like 400 crunches to burn off that many calories. But hey, it’s tasty. I prefer water, but that’s just me.
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56
it be very possible to do to Small % of people, but over all not
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56
if you want some really good vitamin water, drink some water and swallow some vitamins. if you want flavoring, pour some OJ in the water. boom ther eyou go, healthy vitamin water that costs less and probably better than the brand kind.
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56

are you talking about normal vitamin water or did they come out with a new product that i havent heard about?
=]
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56
Bunk
June 12th, 2011 - 02:56
Actually all of these people are wrong, it does not have all the vitamins it says and they say you might as well be drinking soda. They say if you drink four bottles of lemon propel that it will be very healthy. and also try drinking teas with nothing in them.

Looking at the ingredientsI would say false, it does not contain anything out of the norm. It mainly contains electroloytes, Vit C and Vit B’s…the only item that may be of consideration would be the crystalline fructose which comes from corn starch. Nevertheless when food intake surpasses the amount of exercise exerted there will always be weight gain….
Ingredients:
Vapor distilled, deionized water and/or reverse osmosis water, crystalline fructose, citric acid, monopotassium phosphate (electrolyte), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), natural flavor, dipotassium phosphate (electrolyte), magnesium lactate (electrolyte), gum acacia, calcium lactate (electrolyte), niacin (B3), ester gum, pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), b-carotene (color) cyanocobalamin (B12)
