   No they don’t work or else everyone would just take pills to make their hair and nails longer instead of getting extensions and acrylic fake nails. Just take regular vitamins, drink lots of water, exercise, and have a healthy balanced diet.

   of course they do but you can’t expect to see the results immediately because what the will do is help strengthen your hair and provide it with all of the necessary vitamins you can’t intake by simply being on a healthy diet, so if you’ll use them on regular basis your hair will become stronger and the growth might speed up for a few extra millimeters a month, well at least that’s what my hairdresser told me…
