Do fish oil tablets really help with blood pressure?

I'm a 42 year old man with really high blood pressure. I've been taking 2 capsules of Fish oil a day. Should it make a difference?

  1. yes. new recommendations are out and fish oils are in good reviews right now, because evidence is in strong support of the benefits of fish oils. they may make your burps taste terrible, but they work great!

  2. Fish oil might help with cholesterol but not blood pressure.

  3. yes…but don’t rely on it alone…of course you need to have an exercise at least 30 min of walking…it might help and also in having a proper diet…

  4. Fish oil helps thin the blood, so theoretically speaking, it should also help reduce blood pressure.
