Dieting question: Keeping it off?
First things first, NO SPAM! Everytime i post questions like this i get spam from people trying to sell me a new product or something, lol. Now, to my question, lol.
Im 19, 6'3" and weigh 220, i used to weigh 250 but i lost 30 pounds and im so proud of myself because i killed myself in the gym, put in so much blood, sweat and tears, i pushed myself past the point of pain, to the point where my body was completely numb and sore, and still i seek to get in even better shape. Now im at the hard part of the diet.....keeping the weight off, lol. I have a very social life, i go out alot with friends, go to sports bars, out to eat, and go to places where food i used to eat is absolutely everywhere! I will admit i messed up a few times before but who hasent? But i dont want to bounce back after all the weight i lost, i want to control my cravings, and yes, it is very hard and tempting at times, lol. I eat really healthy now and wanna stick to it so i was just wondering, is there any supplement or legal product out there that i can buy at any vitamin store that helps suppress appetite and control cravings all at the same time? I wish i had the will power to say no to pizza and cheeseburgers everytime i go out but hey, im a teen, what do you expect?lmao. Any advice? Thanks :-)

Just because you have reached your goal weight, it doesn’t mean that you should give up on exercise. Maybe put in 30 mins of exercise at least 4 times a day
