  9. This was so helpful! eventho im skinny, im not the healthiest person…… this explains why in eating deep fired perogies. lol.

  10. You shouldnt eat past 8 or a couple hours until you go to bed because when you eat and then go to bed afterwards your body just stores all that food into fat :)
