Heah Bobster, you can also try bean sprouts and sliced bamboo shoots. They should come quite close to your palate.

I love pickles and had no idea they werent ‘that bad’ on the list of things to satisfy a grumbling stomach. will deffo be using this knowledge from now on :D Good ol’ water always does the trick however :)

Great video EvilCyber! I cant believe I forgot about sourkraut! I should have mentioned that in that video where I was eating canned foods out of the trunk of my car. I will post my video as a response to yours so people can add your great ideas.

Dill pickles are ok, but you have to be sure that is no sugar within. Sugarfree pickles have only 9cal.

I drink diet fiery ginger beer whenever im craving soda, The brand I use per 330ml contains 1 calorie !, trace amounts of sugar !, 0% fat, 0% saturates and trace amounts of salt :P . I dont drink loads of it as its carbonated and ruins the teeth but a can every other day through a straw is fine i should imagine.

??? a banana consist of 1g protein by 100g, I guess you mixed it with carbs?
