  1. Cool, I am a vegetarian 2 and trust me i don’t miss meat at all!! i feel great!! of course i got to eat like five times a day, small portions and a lot of water, i really love cause im always ready to go, when u eat big portions of food u cant even move cause u r so full, and that sucks!! good luck anyways!!

  2. @Rustair666 He’s not a vegan then.A vegan is an animal lover who does not use or eat any animal products.

  3. @Rustair666 Soy?Protein shakes?Tons of ways really.

  4. Hi Zuzana and Frederick,

I have had a problem with trying to view this video since yesterday. I am able to only watch it to the 2:58 point. The video does not move forward from this point. It just stops (like it is buffering?)and then the screen goes black and the message ” An error occurred. Please try again later” comes up.
Yesterday it was stopping at even earlier points.

The same thing is happening on your website. However, I able to view all of your other videos without any issues.

  5. @fund4mentcook so true!!!!!!!!!!. I LOVE FOOOOOD

  6. @VampiressFurImmer Haha, you actually think that? Vegetarians don’t eat fish, pescetarians do.

  7. @NEPH80 Vegetarians don’t eat fish, pescetarians do.

  8. There’s nothing wrong with eating a bit of fish once in a while, there shouldn’t be this urgency to go 100% anything, just transition gradually and don’t think you have to abide by any particular diet paradigms 100%. Choose real food over supplementation.

  9. @Rustair666 If he eats fish, he is not vegan. Vegan’s do not eat any animals or the animal bi-products. He would be a pescatarian if he eats fish/seafood.
As for protein, you get it from so many things… From spinach to nuts to soy and beans are a large source of protein. Protein is not exclusive to animals and their bi-products.

  10. @Rustair666 Plants. Protein is easy to get. You don’t even have to eat very healthy to get protein. I could eat a slice of white bread which isn’t particularly healthy and I’d get 5g of protein from that. Think about the gorilla, buffalo, elephant, etc. where do you think they are getting their protein? Cheers!

  11. OMG zuzanna eat french fries XD

  12. how did u guys met? im just curious:)

  13. I also curse the guy who ran over the poor turtle

  14. He IS Lucas!!

  15. I went pescetarian in January of this year, and I love it. The only meat I regularly ate before was turkey, so it wasn’t very hard to ween off of that. I recommend just cutting back different types of meat slowly, I would start with pork/beef first (if you’re interested in becoming a vegetarian/pescetarian).

  16. Co za akcent :P

  17. What is the restaurant called?! The food looks sooo good!

  18. Turtles in Ontario? Did someone abandon it or something?

  19. I Would like to eat healthier and try a vegetarian diet. But I also agree with the son about not going “Cold Turkey” lol. The father kept it real!

  20. I can only relate my experience on this subject. I have been cutting down on meat steadily for the last year or so. My diet now consists of lentils or beans (black, kidney, soy), rice and mixed vegetables, also I like protein powder and oats for breakfasts. I can honestly say that I feel so much better now physically, mentally and spiritually for not having to kill anything else for me to have a meal. I can’t say that I will never eat meat again, but I aim to never do so.

  21. lol i curse you…

  22. @luckyclover012 right about the protein, however, none of these animals you listed are lean.. lol.. its true that you can get protein from other foods, such as bread, but you are also taking in a lot of carbs with that, which is not good if you’re trying to loose body fat :)

  23. you guys are a cute couple

  24. @roninbane73 I can understand you feel better physically, mentally and spiritually by eating like you do. I can understand you talk also possitive about it. But ffs, don’t end you txt with: not having to kill anything to eat. Thats BS!! All whats commestible, is FOOD. There is nothing wrong to kill an animal if it to eat it. Wake up, most vegetables are also killed where not ment for it, when you eat them. With that mentality, you should only eat fruit, as its what plants give away to be eaten
