Diet Day 1: Sugar Free Diet! Great for weight loss and Health!
This is the first day of my 6 week sugar free diet. I am doing this because of diabetes and blood sugar irregularities in my family. I will be documenting my progress each day, and showing you how my body will change when taking sugar out of it! I also like to give fitness/diet tips and tricks! Please comment.

Diet for today: 1 cup oatmeal prepared
1 cup black coffee
1 12 oz protein shake
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
Mushroom soup Chicken and brown rice
hot tea- midnight in missoula.

Hey, kudos to you for taking care of yourself.
One thing you should be aware of, diabetes is about all carbohydrate, not just sugar.
Most diabetics, especially Type2 diabetics with good control reduce their total carbohydrate intake. If you have issues with your sugars, try lowering your carb and substituting healthy fats.
