For an inlander closed in the house b/c of the brutal heat this is wonderful! I could listen to this all day as well as watch it. I yearn to be at the Gulf right now. I feel so displaced out here on the prairie. So closed in. I need to get out of town for a while.

@skorpen2 How sad for you that you obviously don’t understand any of this and choose contempt prior to investigation. Blessings to you. Namaste.

@TheJohnieB I was land locked in Idaho for 3.5 years and I missed the salt water so badly. I live in the Puget Sound area where I’m surrounded by water, so I say … hit the beach! lol

@Divinity23 thanks for your concern, but I’m wery happy with my understanding of the world. Science is ineresting, useful and fun because it’s for real, and meditation is a wonderful way of relaxing. Anyone can do it, and in a million different ways and places. This video was fine, but Chopra is still a scoundrel.. I wish you all the best! no charge..

I love the way my whole body gets connected to nature as I hear the sound of the sea, my body relaxed and peaceful, nothing else matters except the comfortable peace in which I am immersed.. Through these 8 meditation days I have become a happier person, less reactive, more capable of understanding and caring….

@skorpen2 Dr. Chopra is also a scientist. Funny what you don’t know. You do know that Einstein understood quantum physics, right? Now that’s where science gets truly interesting. I’ve been having spiritual experiences I doubt you’d be able to believe since I was 4 years old, and I don’t need science to quantify what I know. However, quantum physics is catching up to what the ancients knew thousands of years ago and what I’ve known all my life. Do I need you to quantify what I know? ROFL
