  3. Dashama thank you. Did the Hempseed powder ( they did not have chocolate but the vanilla spice) w/almond milk and the cacao and I added Flaxseed Pomagrante Oil -it was yummy. I think I added a extra bit of Cacao :P it has a slight bitter coffee like taste which is great because I gave up coffee!

  6. thanks for the info on goodbelly. Stevia is the healthiest sweetener it actually reduces your blood sugar level. Grow the plant and use the leaves or buy the green unprocessed powdered version. A little goes a long way

  7. The only thing that worries me about some of these superfoods is that they are not farmed, are people are getting them from very fragile natural environements? If so if we all start buying them will this have a big impact?
    But i am looking for protein supplements since i went veggie, so i will look at the shakes/hemp stuff- thanks!

  9. Where do you get the hemp powder? I haven’t physically gone to look for it at any stores yet, but I’ve browsed online and it doesn’t look like any stores have it. Do I have to order it online?

  12. How many grams of protein should I be getting a day? I’ve been doing your 30 day yoga challenge videos, taking about 1 yoga studio class/week and jogging about 12 miles/ week, so should I increase my protein intake.
