Thanks for these videos. I am looking into this eating plan and have a question. Are you counting sugars in everything? Like in vegetables too? Or fruit? Is fruit legal?

You would count the sugar in everything, including fruits and veggies.
blueberries and blackberries have the least amount of sugar. I would stay away from bananas. :)
