  1. How about unpasturised unhomogonised milk? I went to a lecture by the weston A. price foundation lecture and they are great proponents of raw milk

  2. That’s a great question, my answer would be raw milk is better option than pasturized milk. Be aware though it will still contain lactose or milk sugar, this break down to lactic acid

  3. @22poopoo raw milk is fine but is the cow grazing on insecticide free grass and is the cow itself inoculations and growth hormone injection free? if not then raw milk is dangerous

  5. @invisagod666 That’s true, I dunno if your american of British like me, but I know that British organic standards are much higher than american so I don’t think organic raw milk will have those things. However Ive only baught oraganic raw once, from the internet. So I’m not really having milk or cheese when I can’t get it raw, only butter.

  6. @invisagod666 Oh i just looked, India! LOL

  7. @22poopoo lol yeah indian! well i go for ghee (clarified butter) instead of any milk. ghee is processed to the extent that its free from most troublesome issues of any kind of milk (any kind) be it hormones or something else.

  8. @invisagod666 Yes, I think I’ll get some ghee, or make some from good butter, only thing is I have never found organic ghee in this country. I know that it is very highly respected in India, here lots of Indians now buy “vegetable ghee” I think that’s silly, doesn’t that just make it oil? haha I think the casein in dairy apart from butter and ghee is another problem: gives me acne, but so does grains.

  9. @22poopoo vegetable ghee is hydrogenated oil.. cant compare it with ghee really.. well growth hormones are legal in india so i would guess plenty of ghee is made from such milk.. but thankfully i get no issues from such ghee which i do from milk ( raw or not).

  10. @invisagod666 Oh no hydrogenated, that’s the worst.

  11. Vegan BS

  12. What about organic milk? With no chemicals in it?

  13. Milk is for calfs.

  14. @Taxidriver987 you’re right!!!!! (wow someone with a little sense)

  15. @RattlerX5150

    Elaborate please

  16. Yes, and muscle metabolic waste is lactic acid, and fermented vegetables (including those that ferment in your intestines) to lactic acid by lactic acid bacteria which is what pro-biotics contain, so what’s your point? too little knowledge makes you stupid.

  19. I drink at the very least a gallon of milk a week and i GUARANTEE i’m healthier than you in every sense of the word. Come at me bro. I know you’re skinny-fat. U mad?

  20. Thumbs up if you think milk is disgusting…

  21. Soy milk is supposed to be bad too. Also now they say rice milk, and i think maybe
almond milk too, The next Milk subitute…….they’ll find some reason…..to say it’s not good for your health……..

  22. Capitalism is the Monetary bondage and serfdom of humanity in a politically manipulated , armed , tyrannical MARKET SYSTEM of alienation, exploitation and suffering. The Business as usual is the negation of our common humanity in cooperation and harmony to take care of our real needs and well being. Capitalism dominated by Corporate or STATE criminals is the abstract process of Capital accumulation and concentration. A DEMOCRATIC MAJORITY FOR A MONEYLESS,CLASSLESS,STATELESS COMMUNITIES
