Creatine and whey protein?
First off, is the two together a good mix? Second, is a 16 year old allowed to walk into a store such as vitamin shoppe, and just buy the two products even though yuo're not an adult.
Thank you.

I totally agree with Eric! High quality chemical free whey protein and creatine is a great mix. The only thing you need to do is cycle on and off the creatine every 8-10 weeks. Also, make sure you are consuming ample amounts of water while taking creatine. Oh yeah, you will have no problem going into the store.

You can buy them at 16. Taking both should be fine.

yes and yes. And vince is out of his mind, creatine monohydrate is the most researched supplement in the bodybuilding world, and there is good evidence of its effectiveness. Its true that many of the other creatine variants are iffy (like creatine ethyl ester) but creatine monohydrate is possibly the most effective supplement available.
