Could you live somewhat healthy off of bread and vitamins?

Just wondering because bread has all the calories you need and vitamins seem to have tons of nutrition. If you took fiber supplements and i suppose a tiny bit of fat every now and again could you live moderately well off of such a diet?

  1. you still need protein

  2. You’d need a lot of healthy fats because they help your brain function properly. Fats such as omega 3-s help prevent Alzheimer’s, and other diseases which are a result of a fat-starved brain. Think about it, there has been a lot more cases of Alzheimer’s and other diseases since they first introduced low-fat and fat-free foods.

  3. Your kidding right? Bread does NOT have all the nutrients you need. On the contrary, bread is not that healthy. You need vitamins from fruits and veggies, not processed foods, like bread.
