Could the ingredients in this be the cause of my improved mood?

Hey,

Iv been taking this vitamin supplement for 3 weeks now and recently have noticed an improved mood. I was taking a multi vitamin and b-complx before. Could the ingredents in this have improved my mood as I know there are amino acids and herbs in this that can do this i think? the ingredients are at the end of this question.

On the other hand I have hypothyroidism and have been increasing my medication recently too, so maybe the improved mood is from this?

Also, My vitamin D was a bit low in a test and I have also been taking 2000IU vitamin D3 for the past 3 weeks.

For the past few years I have felt quite depressed and unsociable because of this but recently have felt much more sociable and out going, but really don't know if it's the correcting of hypothyroidism or the supplement doing this. Which out of these three is more likely causing the better mood?

  1. Sure!
Ashwagandha is Indian Ginseng, which helps with stress and immune system. Eleuthero Root is Siberian Ginseng, which helps with energy and stress. Maca is good for sexual health and some aspects of Testosterone. Those alone could easily improve (or at least minimize) a bad mood, plus there are several nutrients in there that can help with energy and/or good overall health… when you feel healthier, you tend to feel better.
    I hope I helped!
