Except for the salad, most of the food you think is healthy is not it is full of chemicals your body will become toxic and eventually joint pain and chronic fatigue will overwhelm you to the point exercise will not be an option. just eat whole organic foods nothing pre packaged just eat smaller portions , and stay away from non stick cookware , microwave cooking and number one killer plastic boil in bag or water in plastic. and never re use plastic water bottles .
