  1. Someone at work just told me about this recently. I might have a herniated disc and currently taking vicatin because the pain is so bad. I go for my MRI in a few days. It’s nice to know there are other options out there because I know several people that have had back surgury and NONE of them had any success.

  2. yeah, my sister-in-law had an open back surgery, and NOTHING changed. she still feels the same. now I have a herniated disc, and don’t know what to do. i feel like I became hadicapped.

  3. I have it too, and I’m 19 ys old, and I do sports, I didn’t lift anything heavy, so there was no reason I should have it, but here it is. I go swimming 3-4 times a week, and exercise my back 2 times a week ( with a physican ). The best to do is to grab something on the roof, and hang as long as you can, it streches your spine a bit. This video sounds better, I will try it, but unfortunately I live outside the US.

  4. how does this differ from traction.

  5. wow I need try that its almost 2 years now since i herniated 2 of my disc and im still not better physical therepy just aint working.

  6. wate it is possible to get it in the proper postition

  7. the disc theory of back pain is dead.

it’s all understandable why we have arrived to this point, but it’s like the earth being flat – no basis in reality.

check out my channel and link to website. it’s all proven straight from medical literature.
