If I eat there and it is not on leg day, I will eat only 1 of the Burrito and save the other half for later. Get plenty of hot sauce on it as this also helps your body burn fat faster. I like to get 1/3 chicken, 1/3 shredded spicy beef, and 1/3 steak. It taste great, but that way you get a more broad arrangement of amino acids. And that is always good. I started passionately studying what lean people were doing in 1981 because my waistline was 40 inches. I have learned a lot since then. I am now in the best shape of my life at the age of 45. My waistline is now 31 inches. Nutrition is 60-70% of your fat loss / muscle gain program. 1. how long before the leg workout should you be carbo loading? so you can have the energy to do the full leg work out ?

  2. Great. Any other restaurants worthy of a post-workout meal?

  3. @ckranez btw keep up the good work you’re one of the few i actually follow on youtube.. there’s a lot of bad information but you and vicsnatural seem to be among the best i thank you.

  4. What kind of restaurants in Canada would you recommend?

  5. chipotlie-away :P

  6. @james9689 chipotlaway XD

  7. whole wheat? They don’t have whole wheat at the chipotlie by me. wtf??

  8. @Gitupmonkey good question! fellow canadian here.

  9. @return135 Canadian here too. Be careful of all restaurant food to begin with. Only use it as an occasional cheat meal, if you are serious about your goals. Most retaurants (in Canada or anywhere else) use a lot of fats, oils, lards, to make their foods taste better. Not to mention the ingredients aren’t necessarily the best. I think if you take a good look at the menu you should be able to find something appropriate for a post-workout meal at most retaurants these days.

  10. Darin, I have a question. Would you recommend on non-carb days to up the fat intake? I’ve been on a ketosis/carb cycling diet and its working alright I guess. Should I just keep my fat the same all the time? (some, not enough to enter ketosis) As a result, on my non-carb days, consume very minimal calories while consuming much more calories during resistance training days? I hope that made sense…haha

  11. @james9689 takes those blood stains from chipotle right out!

  12. my sis works at the one on butterfield

  13. Darin, is it trief?
    What’s Hechsher do they have?
Is there a regular Mashki’ach there on the premises?

  14. We are all busy. So I lean on high quality food like Chipotlie to give my body the energy to work out. The quality of the protein in their meals is exceptional.

    Your Coach,

    dairn

  15. @Sannosuke01 Sure it makes sense. Yes, up your healthy fat and vibrous veggie type carbs on those days. Use avacodo’s, natural peanut butter, helathy nuts, cocunut.

    Your Coach,

    darin
