  2. @BodyPerformanceTV I think you are mistaken. there is no fat in muscle. Your analogy is poor, Steak comes from cows, they are bread to taste good. The fat in the meat is what gives it flavour … look at kobe beef, its full of fat.

  8. Hey steve, I have recently started bulking for just over 4 months now and I have lost more visibility in my 6-pack. Should I do more cardio along with my weight lifting or keep lifting for now and just do a period of cardio? Thanks

  10. Hi, im training weights , cycling, and eating mostly protein, im overweight because of drinking too much so can i have a calorie deficit and put on muscle, also are whey shakes a waste of money, obviously i need to cut out the beer

  16. When I lift weight my heart rate is around 100 bps would that be considered cardio since I’m hitting my target heart rate?

  18. i’m in martial arts, and well, joging is not the most fun training i like to do, but i have to build my endurance and stamina.. so how much joging do i need to do? or can i just punch and kick my heavy bag and build endurance and stamina like that? is that enough or do i need to run also? if so, then why?

  20. What I do that works (for me), I workout after my first meal.. I don’t consume more than 10g of carbs before my cardio workout. I do 30-40 mins with a weight vest on the stairmaster. AFTER I eat a piece of fruit (carbs) to refuel and I do 30 mins of weights (very little rest time in between sets). I don’t work my abs often yet they show oh so nicely now =] *Remember* its all about what you put in your body that determines what will show. AND LOTS OF WATER!!!!

  21. I love to weight lift and i love to do all sorts of cardio. Should I lift weights before or after cardio. I am 6ft tall and weigh 225lbs with a 17% body fat percentage . I would like to lower my body fat percentage.

  23. i just want to comment on your last sentence that muscle is gain through lifting and not eating. well its a bit confusing cause you are saying muscle is gain through lifting. but if you don’t eat the proper amount of protein how are you gonna gain muscle as muscle need protein to get repaired? so lets say if i am eating less and not the proper amount of protein and lift everyday and do intense lifting well will i gain muscle??? i think not cause protein is needed too. pls tell me what you think

  24. hEY MAN I AM 260LBS, 5’9HEIGHT, STARTED WEIGHT TRAINING 3 MONTHS AGO, AND I NEED TO LOOSE BODY FAT MASSIVELY. i HEARD OTHERS TALKING BOUT LOOSING MUSCLE IF I DO CARDIO. THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO EITHER DO ONE OR THE OTHER. CARDIO OR WEIGHT TRAIN. i LOVE WEIGHT TRAINING AND WOULDNT LIKE TO STOP MY CARDIO. I DO WORK UPPER BODY 2X A WEEK AND LOWER BODY 2X ALSO. ON MY DAYS OFF I LIKE DOING CARDIO. IS THAT BAD??
