Can you survive on vitamins and junk food alone?

Well, I'm not going to try it anytime soon, but as long as you take vitamins for nutrition and junk food for fat, carbs, and calories (well, I guess a lot of the junk food can be say, white bread 'cause the trans and saturated fat would kill you), can you live? Obviously, you wouldn't live a very energized or good life, but could you survive on it and live a relatively normal life, at least for a few years?

  1. survive? yes
    be healthy? no

too much junk food can cause, aggrevate, or affect problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, skin disorders, energy levels, weight gain, sleep quality…

obviously you will still be alive but i don’t think it’s really worth the risk. just eat healthy, it’s better for you and also cheaper in the long run

  2. you could survive quite a while but be unhealthy as you stated

  3. sure. at least until you start having heart, kidney, and liver problems. and maybe even the onset of diabetes. my sisi in law tried this. she has 39% kidney function.

  4. You wouldn’t die from starvation but you would be putting your health at risk.

  5. Yes if you call it living. You will get fat high blood pressure, and a whole bunch of other bad things.
