Can you have high blood pressure and low blood pressure at the same time?
A friend was recently diagnosed as having high blood pressure and low blood pressure, have tried looking for more information via google but am having no luck. Can anyone help explain this?

They may mean that your frien has a HIGH SYSTOLIC (Pressure when the heart is pushing blood through) and a LOW DIASTOLIC (pressure when the heart is at rest)
The Bp is recorded like so 120/60, the systolic being the top number and the diastolic being the bottom number
A representation of friends bp maybe something like 160/50 the top being high and the bottom being low. is that any help?

Uhh….nope hi pressure is when you feel like your heart is going to pop….low pressure is when you feel down on energy…..unless you’re having one then the other repeatedly….which would indicate serious problems….
