this is just a shot in the dark, but I’d consult a doctor not an internet questions board

Not a doctor, but my best guess would be either liver or ulcer related, possibly something with large intestines.

It sounds like a liver problem, like cirrhosis can’t spell it right sorry of the liver from drinking an excessive amounts of alcohol over the years..?????????????????I’m not positive though….Take Care..

Blood in your stool tells me that there is something which could be quite serious going on with you. This is not the type of question that you should ask on Answers. Go to your Doctor ASAP> Don’t delay.

Hemorrhoids, celiacs disease, krohns disease, colon cancer, intestinal polyps, stomach ulcers, severe Irritable bowel syndrome… See a doctor, a gastroentrerologist, get a colonoscopy, an endoscopy, blood work, and a ct scan.

This is a school assignment huh? The answers are in there but you need to look at all the info contained. First paragraph tells you alone this young male with a low blood pressure has a liver disease. The second you can add currently on treatment for Tuberculosis. The medications tell you he has acid reflux and has been on treatment for anemia to replace red blood cells that could be taken from chemo,(Epoietin alpha) for a year. I’m not going to go into any more because this info needs to be done by you. I really can’t believe they gave this person a social history of drinking every morning, but that’s for you to figure out. I do hope that you use the info available by sources that you’re most likely already aware of. I do wish you allot of good luck and God Bless.
BTW- I agree with the rest of the people giving answers in good faith though, and that is that this person needs to be following the advise of the people caring for him. No doubtingly their are more than just one. Again, good luck and God Bless
