can males take myra-e vitamins?


i bought myra-e vitamins today and i can't decide if i have to still take it...
can males like me take this vitamin? especially this myra-e who has been endorsed by females?

will it have a bad side effect on me?
please help!

    If you don’t break the seal on the bottle you should be able to return it. Men need more zinc. The vitamins meant for women have more iron, which is not good for men unless of course they have low blood iron. But it won’t cause harm if you take them a few times.
